1. Data controller

2. What data we process

• Account data: email address, name (if you provide it) and password (always stored encrypted using hash functions, never in plain text).
• Configuration data: the API key of your anti-detect browser, which is stored encrypted at rest and is never shown; and the identifier of your Telegram chat if you enable alerts.
• Service usage data: connected accounts, items, bot activity and the metrics needed to provide the Service.
• Billing data: what is needed to manage your subscription, processed by the payment provider you choose. We do not store your full card details.
• Technical data: IP address and access logs, for security and to prevent abuse.

3. On what purpose and legal basis

• To provide and maintain the Service you contract (basis: performance of the contract).
• To manage the payment and billing of your subscription (performance of the contract and legal obligation).
• To handle your inquiries and give you support, including the help assistant (performance of the contract and legitimate interest).
• To ensure the security of the Service and prevent fraud or abuse (legitimate interest).
• To comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, etc.).

4. The help assistant

If you use the dashboard's help assistant, the text you write is processed to generate a reply through artificial intelligence service providers that act as data processors. We recommend not entering passwords, API keys or sensitive data into the chat: they aren't needed to help you.

5. Recipients and processors

We don't sell your data. To provide the Service we rely on technology providers that act as data processors with the appropriate safeguards, by category: hosting and infrastructure, payment processors, alert messaging and artificial intelligence service providers for the assistant. They only process your data according to our instructions and to provide their service to us. If any of them is located outside the European Economic Area, the safeguards set out by the GDPR apply.

6. Retention

We keep your data for as long as you maintain your account and for the time needed to meet legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent when it is the basis for the processing, by writing to us at [email protected]. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

8. Cookies

We only use technical cookies that are necessary to keep your session logged in and for the dashboard to work. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, but then you won't be able to log in.

9. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data: passwords are stored hashed, API keys are stored encrypted, communications travel over a secure connection and access is protected. No system is foolproof, but we work to minimize the risks.

We may update this policy. We will publish any changes on this page with their update date.
