ResellersBot is a software tool that automates tasks on your own second-hand selling accounts (listing items, replying to messages, negotiating, re-listing, responding to reviews and alerting you to your sales). The Service acts on behalf of and under the control of the user, on accounts and credentials that the user provides and controls.

3. Use of third-party platforms and risk of blocking

The Service is not affiliated with, associated with, authorized by or endorsed by Vinted or any other platform. The brands and names mentioned belong to their respective owners.

Automating accounts may breach the terms of service of the platforms where you operate and may lead to the limitation, suspension or permanent blocking of those accounts. By using the Service you acknowledge and accept that:

• You are solely responsible for how you use your accounts and for complying with the terms of third-party platforms and applicable law.
• You assume, at your own risk, any consequence arising from such use, including the loss of accounts, items, reputation or income.
• The Owner does not guarantee that use of the Service is compatible with third-party terms, nor is it responsible for the decisions those platforms make about your accounts.

4. User requirements and obligations

• Be of legal age and have legal capacity to contract.
• Be the holder of the accounts you manage with the Service, or have authorization to do so.
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and for items whose sale is legal.
• Not use the Service for fraud, impersonation, the sale of illegal or counterfeit products, or to infringe third-party rights.
• Safeguard your access credentials and the keys you enter (for example, the API key of your anti-detect browser).

5. Plans, payments and renewal

The Service is offered through paid subscription plans. The price, limits and duration of each plan are stated on the site at the time of contracting. The license is activated after payment and renews according to the plan contracted. If payment is not renewed, the Service stops operating your accounts when the license expires. Applicable taxes are added under current regulations.

Unless applicable law provides otherwise or it is expressly stated, amounts already accrued for service periods provided are non-refundable. You can cancel the renewal at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.

6. No warranties

The Service is provided as is and as available, with no guarantee of results, income, sales, uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors. We do not guarantee that the Service will be free of interruptions or fit for a specific purpose beyond what is described.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Owner will not be liable for indirect or incidental damages, loss of profit, loss of data, accounts or reputation arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded (for example, liability arising from willful misconduct).

8. Suspension and termination

The Owner may suspend or cancel access to the Service in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent or unlawful use, or non-payment. The user may stop using the Service and request cancellation at any time.

9. Intellectual property

The software, the brand and the contents of the Service belong to the Owner or its licensors. No right is granted other than the use of the Service in accordance with these terms.

10. Modifications

The Owner may update these terms. Changes will be published on this page with their update date. Continued use of the Service after publication implies acceptance.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals that apply under the relevant consumer protection regulations.
